Rafflr is a platform that allows organizations to create and manage raffles, challenges, and promotional campaigns, track participation, and select winners.
We do not operate or sponsor raffles unless explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rafflr and comply with all applicable laws.
4. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
5. Raffles and Promotions
Organizations are solely responsible for compliance, rules, and prize fulfillment. Rafflr is not responsible for disputes or prize delivery.

Users may not engage in fraud, manipulation, or unlawful behavior.
7. Payments and Fees
If applicable, fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
All Rafflr content and technology are owned by Hillside Sports Marketing LLC.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of performance or reliability.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or raffle-related disputes.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Hillside Sports Marketing LLC from claims related to their use.

14. Governing Law
